ULTRAFIL AIR SYSTEMS offers two types of Filter washing machines.
The Rotary Cleaning Machine range of compact washing machines has been developed to provide fast and efficient cleaning of filters. Ideal for applications such as washing machine pre filter, pre filter washing machine, IFB washing machine pre filter, and pre water filter for washing machine, these systems ensure thorough cleaning and extended filter life.
Filters are loaded into an easily removable stainless steel basket, which is rotated by a motor and gearbox at a constant speed, while stainless steel spray bars deliver a pressure spray of heated water and alkaline solution.
The conveyorised filter cleaning machine range of compact washing machines has been developed to provide fast and efficient cleaning of filters.
When the cycle start button is pressed, the filter is automatically transferred through chain conveyer inside the washing chamber doors closed and wash pump starts. Pressurized hot aqueous cleaning solution is sprayed all over the Filter from specifically positioned spray nozzle.
After the washing completed, the filter trolley comes out of washing chamber and gets automatically transferred to the cold (compressed) air blow chamber. In this chamber compressed is air sprayed over the filters for drying the filter.
After the air blow is over, the trolley along with filter comes outside the chamber (70% filter dry) and then if required operator will manually blows air on the filter by air gun so as to dry the filter completely.
This cycle gets repeated for the next set of filters automatically.
